Meet Dr. Caley Höediono

Specialist in Orthodontics

Dr. Caley Höediono grew up in the Waterloo region and completed an undergraduate degree from the University of Guelph in Biological Science. She was accepted and went on to graduate from the Griffith University Dental School of Australia with a Bachelor of Oral Health and Dental Science and a Graduate Diploma of Dentistry. She graduated with High Distinction. Dr. Caley then went on to graduate with honours from the three-year specialty graduate program in Orthodontics at the University of Manitoba. She is both Canadian and US board certified in Orthodontics. In her spare time, Dr. Caley likes to hike, travel, engage in water sports, such as surfing and wake-boarding and spending time with her family.

Miriah

Dental Assistant

Miriah graduated from Medix College in June 2016. She takes great pride in her work and she sees to it that the patient is the centre of our care.

When she is not working, she enjoys spending her free time using her imagination to craft or renew anything that she sees fit. Not only does she like to craft, she also loves cooking and baking whatever comes to mind.

Gail

Dental Assistant

Gail Karges is one of our Dental Assistants. She became part of our family in January 2021, but she’s been in the field of dentistry for 29 years.

Gail feels she helps patients best when she understands their needs and expectations. She feels this allows the team to provide an appropriate treatment plan and exceptional care and service.

Gail loves the orthodontic industry. She met Dr. Caley as a teenager, who was an orthodontic patient then, and her family. She feels blessed to be a part of Dr. Caley’s journey up to now.

Gail enjoys getting to know the patients and their families. She, along with the dental team, treasures being part of their smile journey.

When not at work, Gail spends time with her family and friends.

She loves bonding with her teenage daughters as they travel for dance competitions. They’re also a hockey family and spend time watching and traveling with their son during his minor hockey years. Now they’re following their nephew's NHL career.

Gail and her culinary crew group of friends enjoy fantastic evenings while cooking together. She also loves skiing, golfing, indulging in serene moments while walking their two dogs, Daisy and Rosie, and spending time at their family's cottage.

Cara

Dental Hygienists

Cara's passion lies not only in improving ones oral health but in helping patients achieve a better overall health and well-being….a huge part of this is done through her focus on patient education.

In her time away from work Cara spends time with volleyball, yoga, her kids, teeth (continuing education), watching any sport live, …and more with her kids!
